Bookings & Deposits

A 25% non-refundable deposit confirms your booking. The balance is due 60 days before departure.

Cancellation

Cancellations more than 60 days before departure receive a full refund less the deposit. Between 30–60 days, 50% of the total is refunded. Less than 30 days, no refund is possible, though credit toward a future trip may be offered at our discretion.

Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance covering high-altitude activities and helicopter evacuation is mandatory for all guests.

Liability

Mountaineering and high-altitude trekking involve inherent risks. Every guest signs an acknowledgement of risk on arrival. We maintain licensed guides, professional equipment and comprehensive operational protocols to minimise these risks.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for changes or cancellations due to weather, political events, natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
